This includes infographics, illustrations, and other visual elements to effectively communicate information and engage the target audience.

• Develop templates: Create reusable templates for social media posts, presentations, and other marketing materials to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Source and edit visuals: Source and edit stock photos and videos as needed to complement original designs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Assist in marketing initiatives: Expedite research of industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant topics to create a robust content strategy.  
• Trend Analysis: Demonstrate a genuine interest in the digital domain by analysing trends and developments to form insightful opinions that enhance content quality.

Core Responsibilities-:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services and APIs using Python, with a strong focus on frameworks like FastAPI.
• Implement and leverage asynchronous programming techniques effectively.
• Integrate and manage middleware systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Work extensively with PostgreSQL, including database design, query optimization, and management of large-scale datasets. (PgBouncer)
• Develop, deploy, and manage applications on cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• Understand and integrate AI/ML pipelines into backend systems.
• Lead technical projects from conception to deployment, potentially managing small teams or mentoring other engineers.
• Champion best practices in code quality through code reviews, test case reviews, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for APIs, services, and internal processes.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using Git and Agile methodologies.
• Optimize application performance, database workloads, and system reliability.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 4+ years of professional software development experience, OR Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks, particularly FastAPI.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with asynchronous programming in Python.
• Demonstrable experience with message queueing systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL, including experience with large-scale databases and performance optimization.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on at least one major cloud platform (GCP or AWS).
• Solid understanding of Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Experience writing unit/integration tests and conducting code reviews.
• Proven ability to write and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects or initiatives.
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating related pipelines.
• Familiarity with SaaS technology development best practices (e.g., Agile).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
